Deine Aufgaben
  • Understand and plan according to the business objectives of each partner in a portfolio. Be the first line of support for your partners, manage day to day communication (phone calls, emails, online chats etc.) for successful campaign delivery
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on client KPIs as well as make recommendations for growth, able to optimize the campaigns and identify action points
  • Closely monitor all campaigns on a daily basis and be proactive if accounts are underdelivering to take action in a timely manner
  • Establish key relationship with the partner on multiple levels including key decision makers
  • Onboard new partners and handle ongoing account management including campaign setup, platform integration, technical and business troubleshooting
  • Set up and attend regular calls and meetings

  • Confidence, good communication skills with proven oral and written presentation skills
  • Able to assess and prioritize opportunities as well as create them
  • Business level English
  • German preffered but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience in digital marketing account management, preferably performance marketing/ affiliate marketing/ programmatic advertising

Role overview
We are expanding the App Install team!
Join a small and energetic team as a Junior Business Development Manager to support the growth of business. You own key account relationships and are responsible for revenue generation across a portfolio of local and international partners.
Main Responsibilities
  • Understand and plan according to the business objectives of each partner in a portfolio
  • Be the first line of support for your partners, manage day to day communication (phone calls, emails, online chats etc.) for successful campaign delivery
