Technical Client Executive

Role overview
As a Technical Client Executive, you will be part of a global team implementing technical best practices. You will focus on onboarding newly signed advertisers to our network and providing ongoing support to existing clients. This is primarily a client-facing technical support role, where you’ll work closely with clients and account managers to deliver key services and troubleshoot issues. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that advertisers in your market are fully supported—resolving tracking problems and addressing other technical issues. Strong time management skills are essential, as you will manage your workload through assigned support tickets. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in technical support, with exposure to code, a product-focused mindset, and experience working for an international, technology-centric business.
Main Responsibilities
· Alongside account managers, work with clients to guide them through our setup process and provide help and technical assistance as necessary
· Connect our client’s product data to our publishers via our product feed feature
· Manage the end-to-end process in a timely manner
· Develop and manage client relationships
· Provide continued client support for our self-service platform (Grow)
· Escalate business critical issues to our Second Line-Support (SLS) team
· Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information to relevant stakeholders

Your profile
· English speaking
· Marketing technology integrations experience, ideally affiliate network integrations (not essential)
· A basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML and XML
· Understanding of the programming lifecycle and how it works
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Superb attention to detail with a meticulous approach to testing, reporting and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders
· A self-starter who can proactively support clients and the internal team
· The ability and desire to prioritise and work in fast paced environment
· A passion for learning and professional development
· Intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
