Role overview
As the Vice President of Marketing & Investor Relations at Tradedoubler, you will be responsible for leading the company’s global marketing strategy with a focus on partner marketing, driving growth across all markets and strengthening relationships with current and potential investors. You will play a pivotal role in growing the company's partner marketing business and aligning marketing and investor relations strategies to support overall company growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring cultural alignment, fostering a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit that aligns with Tradedoubler’s values and global presence.
Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute global marketing strategies, with a focus on partner marketing, that align with Tradedoubler’s business objectives. Drive growth through innovative marketing approaches, supporting local market needs while maintaining global consistency.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Actively contribute to the global sales strategy for partner marketing. Collaborate closely with sales teams across different markets to ensure marketing activities support client conversations, drive conversions, and meet sales objectives.
  • Sales Funnel & MQL Ownership:
    • Own and optimize the full marketing-to-sales funnel, from lead generation to handover to sales.
    • Define and refine MQL, SAL and SQL criteria in partnership with sales, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams.
    • Implement lead scoring, nurturing and routing processes to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
    • Track funnel metrics and attribution to measure performance and inform strategic adjustments.
    • Ensure strong collaboration with sales, including feedback loops to improve funnel efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Global Campaign Management: Create, execute, and oversee global partner marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results, ensuring campaigns are tailored to the needs of each market while contributing to Tradedoubler’s overall growth targets.
  • Brand Identity & Positioning: Lead the evolution of Tradedoubler’s global brand identity and positioning, ensuring it reflects the company’s values and resonates with global audiences, while adapting to local market dynamics.
  • Investor Relations Strategy: Develop and manage Tradedoubler’s Investor Relations strategy, ensuring regular, transparent communication with investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Provide clear insights into company performance, market strategy and growth potential.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Oversee the preparation of investor reports, financial presentations and updates, aligning marketing and business performance to foster investor confidence and engagement.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead the global marketing team, collaborating with local marketing teams and working closely with General Managers to ensure alignment between regional efforts and global objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and ownership.
  • Market Analysis & Customer Insights: Continuously analyze market trends, customer insights and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns and ensure Tradedoubler remains competitive in partner marketing.
  • Local Market Collaboration: Work closely with local teams to optimize campaigns for regional relevance, ensuring strategies are adapted to customer segments and market conditions while maintaining global alignment.

  • EBITDA Growth: Contribute directly to group EBITDA growth, with a focus on performance from global and local markets.
  • Business & Market Growth: Achieve sustained growth rates across all regions, increasing market share in key sectors.
  • Customer & Investor Engagement: Improve customer acquisition and retention, while enhancing investor relations and securing continued support.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase global brand recognition and ensure Tradedoubler is seen as a leader in partner marketing.
