Role overview

The Head of Partnerships is responsible for the management, leadership, strategy and overall ownership of our publisher partnerships. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication and organisation qualities.

 

The Head of Partnerships will play a crucial role in expanding the Tradedoubler network, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with affiliates. This includes developing and executing comprehensive partnership strategies to attract, onboard and retain top-tier affiliates, while maximising revenue and market share.

 

Commercial awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to identify and drive business development opportunities are some of the key skills required in this role. 

 

The Head of Partnerships will collaborate with senior leaders and executives across our publisher & advertiser-base to ensure that Tradedoubler is able to drive digital growth. The individual will identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners that align with Tradedoubler’s objectives and expand the networks reach and capabilities.

 

The Head of Partnerships will stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to drive innovation and maintain Tradedoubler’s competitive edge.

 

This role will report directly into the International Director of Partnerships and CEO / President.

Main Responsibilities
  • Understand and plan according to the business objectives of each publisher in a portfolio.
  • Report on publisher KPIs and make recommendations for growth at a central and regional level
  • Closely monitor all publishers in your portfolio on a daily basis and be proactive if they are under-delivering and to take action in a timely manner
  • Be proactive with action plans and proposals of new publisher recruitment 
  • Seek opportunities to grow publisher revenue across our key clients and support clients. 
  • Be the first line of support for your publisher portfolio 
  • Create & present forecast, optimisation and development plans for publishers
  • Deliver against specific publisher KPIs and revenue targets and profitability.
  • Promote and sell new product development features to your portfolio of publishers such as the new publisher interface ensuring each publisher is operating efficiently within the Tradedoubler network.
  • Manage account receivables and assist with any queries relating to publisher payments. 
  • Ensure you use Similarweb, LinkedIn, Breezy to source and onboard new publisher opportunities across a range of verticals
  • Ensure that all new publisher pipeline details, opportunities and administration are updated in our CRM system  
  • Represent Tradedoubler at partner and industry events through commercial meetings and potentially speaking opportunities
  • Assisting with planning and launching new markets, in line with Tradedoubler’s market expansion strategy

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in digital marketing or related field
  • 5 plus years of experience working in a marketing role-ideally digital performance marketing 
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to analyse trends and take actions
  • Excellence in building relationships and working with different teams, publishers and clients
  • Demonstrable influencing skills and commercial awareness
  • Experience in coordinating and managing a portfolio of publishers
  • Confidence, communication skills with proven oral and written presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills 
  • Solutions orientation with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and CRM
