At Metapic, we’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing leader who is passionate about driving growth and achieving business success! As the Head of Nordics, you will bring a proven track record of crafting innovative strategies and building impactful partnerships across the region. In this pivotal role, you will lead growth marketing efforts in the Nordics, with a key focus in leading a large team on affiliate marketing, brand, paid social, and creator partnerships. You will report directly to the CEOs, providing strategic insights, and executing high-impact results that elevate Metapic´s presence in the Nordics.
This position is a temporary role for a minimum of 12 months, starting in early May to provide coverage for our current Head of Nordics during parental leave.
Lead and Execute Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across the Nordics region to drive growth, strengthen Metapic´s presence, and maximize profit margins
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals to meet business objectives and KPIs.
Growth & Business Development: Identify new opportunities for business expansion and partnerships within but not limited to affiliate marketing, creator collaborations, and brand partnerships.
Partnership Management: Foster strong relationships with affiliate networks, advertisers, and creators to drive revenue and brand awareness in the Nordics
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track performance metrics and KPIs to ensure campaigns and partnerships deliver measurable success, adjusting tactics and optimising as needed
Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with senior marketing teams and cross-functional leaders to align on company-wide objectives and ensure smooth execution of regional campaigns and results.
HR and Compliance Leadership: Have a strong understanding of HR protocols, employment laws, and regional labor practices in the Nordics to ensure legal compliance and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
Proven experience with a minimum of 6+ years in senior marketing roles, preferably in the Nordics market
Strong leadership skills with a passion for building and managing high-performing teams.
Expertise in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, paid social, media sales, and brand strategy development.
Solid understanding of the latest trends in social media, marketing, and digital growth.
Experience in business development and managing strategic partnerships.
Track record of setting and meeting ambitious KPIs.
Highly analytical with the ability to adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Knowledge of PowerBI, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office a big plus
Fluent in Swedish and English, other Nordic languages are a plus
In-depth knowledge of HR protocols, employment laws, and labor practices in the Nordics.
Previous experience in start-ups or fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
