Role overview
Alongside traditional influencer outreach and relationship building, the role is also responsible for social media trend forecasting, creating creative influencer recruitment strategies and supporting the advertiser team with pitching opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the German influencer pipeline for all outreach & active conversations; delivering best-in-class customer service
- Build and maintain close relationships with our influencers; developing a communication strategy and ensuring Metapic is their platform of choice
- Create posts and manage the social media accounts for Metapic Germany, alongside the Influencer Marketing Executive
- Assist in planning & executing various influencer events & meetings in line with business objectives
- Creating weekly newsletters for influencers
- Work closely with the Advertiser Manager to recruit and onboard influencers for our client portfolio
- Create and develop recruitment plans and/or incentives, ensuring they are executed effectively
- Oversee seeding campaigns, being ultimately responsible for ensuring products are successfully ordered & received by the influencer. Work closely with the Advertiser Manager to ensure this is communicated to the client.
- Identify upcoming consumer trends & use these insights to guide the influencer strategy
- Act as an expert on key rising influencers within Germany, and client consumer demographics; ensuring our influencers meet these needs
- Remain aware of competitor activity & developments to ensure we remain competitive
- Report back weekly to the Head of Germany with performance highlights, threats, opportunities & ideas.
Your profile
- Native German and professional English language skills are required
- Confident & clear communicator
- Extremely motivated, a positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to work independently but also a strong team player
- Expert in social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Youtube & Facebook
- Creative thinker - able to develop and execute ideas
- Highly organized & able to self-manage workload
- Able to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent relationship builder
- Adaptable - duties & responsibilities might change in line with business objectives
- The role will also be fast paced and constantly evolving.
