Role overview
The Client Support Executive role within Grow presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly
motivated individual to support a portfolio of SME brands within the global business. In the role you will learn
about performance marketing and be part of a specialist, international team – sharing ideas and working together to replicate each other’s success. You will also work very closely with the Client Success, Commercial and
Partnerships directors, who will support you and help to ensure that you can perform your daily tasks so that you achieve your targets and continue to develop professionally in your role.
This is a customer facing role, dedicated to providing world-class support, advice, and assistance to our clients.
You will also form and service relationships with our key partners and work closely with local publisher teams to
support our vast network of publishers – helping them to increase their exposure and present their opportunities
to our clients.
The ideal candidate is a team player with good communication skills and someone who is comfortable on the
telephone. They are also familiar with customer service and keen to learn and adapt to continuously changing
requirements in a fast paced, and fun environment. They are dynamic, confident, self-motivated and resilient
– celebrating their successes and quickly learning from their failures.
