As a Technical Client Executive, you will be part of a Global team working on implementing technical best practices. You will be focused on setting up newly signed advertisers with the best possible technical solutions and working closely with them to ensure they realise the full potential of our tracking technology. This role is largely a client-facing technical support role and you will need to present technical solutions to technical and non-technical people alike, as well as be part of different technical projects, the implementation of product feeds, APIs and error management.
 
The Technical Client Executive’ main responsibility is to ensure their market’s advertisers have the best possible technical implementation and technical support, including pushing our tracking solutions and any other best practice formats to our clients. Furthermore, to assist in fixing any tracking problems and any other technically-focused issues with the advertisers. You will need to have sound understanding of Tradedoubler’s product suite and a commercial mindset to always consider how technical solutions can increase revenue/profitability.

• Liaise, in conjunction with account managers, with new clients, both technical and non-technical staff, to guide them through the setup process and provide help and technical assistance as necessary
• Guide clients through the implementation of the tracking code that we provide to them onto their website. 
• The ability to correctly configure existing code, rather than write new code; however, an overall understanding of the code and how it functions is essential.
• Manage the end-to-end process in a timely manner
• Persuade, cajole and remind clients, in a professional and courteous manner, about their setup requirements
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Provide first and second line technical, as well as system support, to clients and account managers. This often involves communicating both technical and non-technical information to all parties concerned

• English speaking
• Marketing technology integrations experience, ideally affiliate network integrations (not essential)
• An understanding of JavaScript, HTML and XML
• Understanding of the programming lifecycle and how it works
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb attention to detail with a meticulous approach to testing, reporting and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders
• A self-starter who can proactively support clients and the internal team
• The ability and desire to prioritise and work in fast paced environment
• A passion for learning and professional development

Intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
