Role overview

As Brand Partnership Manager (Business Development) you bring value to our clients and prospective clients by introducing them to our influencer marketing tech platform. You will forge a long-term partnership between Metapic and the worlds leading fashion and beauty brands, ensuring we deliver on their goals and expectations. In this role, you will be an instrumental part of our growth. You will ensure high client satisfaction and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

We are looking for a passionate and hard-working individual to join the German team in an intense period of growth. You will join a high-paced startup environment and will gain lots of responsibilities from day 1.

Main Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage multiple, top revenue driving client partnerships while ensuring they all receive consistent, best-in-class customer service.
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on existing brands, as well as new accounts.
  • You will run the full sales-cycle with responsibility for generating pipelines by prospecting new customers with a focus on "fashion, beauty and home & living" and extend our popular customer pool (e.g. Asos, Mango, Otto, Lyko, NordicNest...)
  • Work collaboratively with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to manage seeding campaigns; selecting the right influencers for the clients demographic and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • You will analyze the performance of potential customers and learn how to identify business opportunities for them by using Metapic
  • You will be asked to provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve our customer product experience with Metapic
  • Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities
  • Help shape the future of Metapics mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills

Your profile

  • You have a proven history of achieving sales success
  • Ability to identify, understand and communicate the customer's business needs
  • You are willing to go the extra mile to close a deal
  • You are a true team player and contribute to our joint success
  • You have a native/bilingual level in German and professional level in English
  • Expert with social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
  • Good understanding of how advertisers and publishers are using digital marketing
  • You have experience with a CRM system, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive , Salesforce or others
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Profound knowledge of the European e-Commerce and influencer market and relevant enabling technologies, is a plus
