Role overview
The Client Support Executive role within Grow presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to support a portfolio of SME brands within the global business. In the role you will learn about performance marketing and be part of a specialist, international team – sharing ideas and working together to replicate each other’s success. You will work very closely with the Client Success, Commercial and Partnerships directors, who will support you and help to ensure that you can perform your daily tasks so that you achieve your targets and continue to develop professionally in your role.
This is a customer facing role, dedicated to providing world-class support, advice, and assistance to our clients. You will work closely with local publisher teams, forging relationships with key partners across our vast network of publishers – helping them to increase exposure and present their opportunities to our clients.
The ideal candidate is a team player with good communication skills and comfortable on the telephone. They are familiar with customer service and keen to learn and adapt to continuously changing requirements in a fast paced, and fun environment. They are dynamic, confident, selfmotivated and resilient – celebrating their successes and quickly learning from their failures.
