Als Junior Affiliate Marketing Manager (m/f/d) bist Du der Schlüssel zur erfolgreichen Partnerschaft mit unseren Publishern! Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle, indem Du Publisher Key Accounts berätst, strategisch optimierst und dabei den Fokus auf Umsatzsteigerung legst. Gleichzeitig bist Du immer am Puls der Zeit, um neue, innovative Publisher-Modelle zu entdecken und zu integrieren.

Deine Aufgaben

Nutze intelligente Publisher-, Wettbewerbs- und Vertical-Analysen, um unsere Key Publisher zu beraten, zu optimieren und neue Umsatzpotenziale zu identifizieren.
Entdecke und gewinne aufregende neue Publisher-Modelle (Affiliate, Display, Mobile, Video usw.), um unser Portfolio ständig zu erweitern.
Baue langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen auf und pflege sie sorgfältig, während Du Tradedoubler auf Messen, Kongressen und Konferenzen repräsentierst.
Teile Dein Wissen über die neuesten Trends und Bedürfnisse des Marktes mit unseren Sales- und Produkt-Teams, um immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben.
Gestalte und leite inspirierende Workshops und Schulungen für unsere Kunden, um ihnen zu helfen, ihr volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen.

Dein Profil

Die Grundlage Deiner Karriere hast Du mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung in BWL oder Medien-/Kommunikationswissenschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich geschaffen. Auch als Quereinsteiger überzeugst Du uns mit Deinem Enthusiasmus und Deiner Lernbereitschaft.
1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Digital Marketing, insbesondere im Performance Marketing, bist Du bestens gerüstet.
Deine Stärken liegen im Umgang mit Zahlen, Analysen und Reports, und Du liebst es, neue Geschäftsmodelle zu entwickeln.
Die Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen, mit einer "Alles ist möglich" Einstellung.
Sehr gute Koordinations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.

Role overview

As Junior Affiliate Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you are the key to a successful partnership with our publishers! You will take on a central role by advising publisher key accounts, strategically optimizing them and focusing on increasing sales. At the same time, you will always focus on to discover and integrate new, innovative publisher models.

Main Responsibilities

Use intelligent publisher, competitor and vertical analysis to advise and optimize our key publishers and identify new revenue potential.
Discover and win exciting new publisher models (affiliate, display, mobile, video, etc.) to constantly expand our portfolio.
Build and carefully nurture long-term business relationships while representing Tradedoubler at trade shows, conventions and conferences.
Share your knowledge of the latest trends and needs of the market with our sales and product teams to stay up to date.
Design and lead inspiring workshops and trainings for our customers to help them realize their full potential.

Your profile

You have laid the foundation for your career with a successfully completed degree or comparable training in business administration or media/communication science or a similar field. Even as a career changer, you will impress us with your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in performance marketing, will equip you perfectly.
Your strengths lie in dealing with figures, analyses and reports, and you love developing new business models.
The ability to learn quickly, with an "anything is possible" attitude.
Very good coordination and project management skills.
